Hypnotherapy sessions for fears/phobias/stopping smoking

Initial facetime/zoom or phone consultation prior to actual hypnotherapy  session, when medical questionnaire is completed and information is gathered which is used to tailor hypnotherapy to the client's specific needs, to enable the session to be as powerful and effective as possible.

1:1 Hypnotherapy session includes:
 
 Explanation of how hypnotherapy works
Dispelling myths & allaying fears about undergoing hypnosis
Susceptibility to hypnosis tests
Hypnosis induction and deepening down into state of hypnosis 
Hypnotherapy - therapeutic work carried out for client’s specific  fear/phobia/stop smoking etc
Re-orientation back to fully wakeful state
Discussion/feedback  with client of the hypnosis session 
All sessions are recorded to safeguard the client and the hypnotherapist.
